  I did two transactions with this outfit in the last few years. I felt I received a fair deal in the first transaction but that was not the case in next transaction. I needed to cash out a large collection of high end furniture that was in pristine condition. Based on my previous experience I was candid with Matt the owner and let him know I needed to unload the lot ASAP. My reward for being honest was that he really low balled me on the deal. A year later I contacted him figuring I would give him another chance and told him I had some new items to liquidate but hoped he could do better on price than the last time. He told me he was really busy but asked that I send him photos of the pieces I wanted to sell and promised me he would review the lot and get back to me the following Sunday. I never heard back from him and sent him at least two text messages asking him to follow up; he never replied. If he was not interested he could have at least advised me of the same. Bottom line is if you are on the selling end be prepared to get pennies on the dollar and don't expect to be treated in a professional manner.
